Like Tamarack, Gardener’s Supply is an employee owned company. So their annual shareholders meeting is a private affair...one of the few times when over 250 employees are all in the same place to discuss how last year went and strategies for the future. 

Since 2013, we’ve helped build their presentation for the meeting, working with their leadership team to tell the story of what worked and didn’t work and paint a picture of what’s coming. We do this with Prezi. Daniel sets up camp at their offices in late January and works intensively with Gardener’s employees to design goals, stats, interactive sessions, and awards. Sometimes we take advantage of our timezones to turn around extensive revisions overnight with Daniel working late and then handing off work to Bill, just as he’s starting his work day in England. It’s always a lot of work in a short time, and a really fun group to work with.
