For many years we have provided ongoing web and technology support to NAAEE. As part of the EPA-funded EECapacity program, NAAEE set out to create an online professional development platform for information sharing and networking among environmental educators. Tamarack was involved in eePRO from its inception, through a long discovery process to map out the many moving parts and an intensive website development process. The end result is a website with many advanced features, including:

• A new organizational website with information about NAAEE's programs, partners, and people.
• Online profiles for all members.
• Issue-based, moderated online groups with online discussions, curated content, and daily email digests.
• Information sharing of resources, opportunities, including an online calendar.
• Curation for weekly member and non-member e-newsletters.
• An active online jobs board and e-newsletter.
• A database of peer-reviewed research.
• And more!

We supported the launch of the new site, provided online training through a webinar, and produced a series of video tutorials. Since launch, we have responded to user feedback by adding new features and improving the website functional and user experience. And eePRO will continue to grow as the online home of the latest initiative of the EPA's Office of Environmental Education: ee360.
